I. Scope of Services:
A. Recuitment and Placement
1. Bio-data Review:
On the basis of the Job Requisition of the Employer, Kalantar Int'l. submit to the foreign Employer bio-data of candidates who match the employers hiring standards.
The Employers evaluates and submits bio-data and short-list of applications for interview. Should the number of applicants not meet the number required by the Employers, advertisements in leading dailies are made.

2. Interview Proper:
If the Employers elects, they may conduct interview prepares Kalantar Int'l premises, for this purpose, Kalantar Int'l. call on candidates on dates agreed upon with the Employer. Only short listed applicants qualify for interview.

3. Medical Examination:
Selected candidates are endorsed by Kalantar Int'l. to medical retainers for standard physical examination which include chest x-ray, urine analysis, blood test, physical psychological, AIDS and Hepatitis B

4. Skills Testing:
Upon Employer's request, Kalantar Int'l. will arrange with appropriate private institution skills testing for selected workers.

B. Mobilization and Deployment

1. Kalantar Int'l. with concurrence of the Employer, prepares the final list of applicants who successfully passed the medical examination and skills test.

2. The Employment contract for the selected applicants are prepared and signed by the Employer or its representative and the Employee the signed contract is a pre-requisite for the processing/endorsement to the Embassy of the necessary travel papers of the selected workers.

II. Schedule of Fees and Charges:
1. For recruitment and mobilization services of package per worker to cover the following expenses.
A. Pre-employment processing medical, labor fee, visa fee, travel tax, etc.
B. Agency professional services fee plus airfare by economy class, one-way in coutry of origin.

2. For communication and mail services no fee shall be charged. However should there be the situation that Kalantar Int'l. shall be compelled to charged certain fee proper advice shall be made.

3. All other services mentioned above are conducted free of cost to client.

III. Terms and Conditions:

1. Schedule of Payment:

a. Recruitment mobilization services and airfare for new recruits shall be payable accordingly to the following schedule.
50% Upon signing of service agreement
50% Upon confirmation of flight schedule.

IV. Guarantee:

All workers recruited/selected by Kalantar Int'l. shall be on probation for three (3 months) within such period if anyone is found unqualified or physically unfit for the job position applied shall be repatriated at Kalantar Int'l. own cost.

However, if any representative of employer shall be present during the administration of trade testing, selection and final recruitment, Kalantar Int'l. waives this quarantee, Instead, repatriation shall be borne by insurance company.
V. Mobilization Period:
Selected workers will be mobilized from 10 to 15 days after selection, testing has been completed.
VI. Documentation Requirements:

The employer shall be submit to Kalantar Int'l. the following documents which has to be presented to proper labor authority and Embassy in respective country.

1. Commercial Registration or copy of license to conduct business in the host country (authenticated English translation is necessary if origin copy is not written in English).
2. Work permits or visa assurance or clearance from the host government for the recruitment of workers.
3. Authenticated Special Power of attorney appointing Kalantar Int'l. as their authorized representative in the respective country.
4. Job-Order a manpower requisition letter citing the number of worker or workers specifying their skills, job description and qualification standard. The Job Order request of employment as well as target schedules for the movement of these workers.
5. Model Employment Contract - the contract is written in English.
6. Kalantar Int'l. shall assist the selected workers to expeditiously process all their travel papers and secure visas from respective Embassy in the country. The Employer shall be responsible for obtaining the workers permits and visas required to employ the workers.

C. Ticketing and Airport Assistance:

1. Employer shall arrange the travel booking to all selected workers that need to be mobilized from the coutry to the point of destination. A Kalantar Int'l. representative shall be available to provide airport check-in assistance to workers before departure.
2. An Orientation program shall be conducted by Kalantar Int'l. prior to the departure to acquiant workers on the important information about country of destination, its law, customs and practices, employment. Employment giving the terms/conditions code of behavior, obligations to family and coutry as well as basic facts on travelling.
